We are a bouldering gym with a restaurant that offers culinary experiences to our visitors. Our goal is not only to provide a great climbing experience but also to pamper our guests with delicious and seasonal dishes.

Job description:

As an independent chef at our bouldering gym, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, seasonal dishes that meet the needs of our customer base. You are capable of working independently and strive for culinary continuity. Quality is paramount to us, and we expect you to maintain and even improve upon these standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently managing the kitchen.
  • Developing and composing a seasonal menu with attention to taste, presentation, and nutritional value.
  • Carefully selecting fresh, high-quality ingredients and integrating local products where possible.
  • Ensuring the quality of all dishes leaving the kitchen and ensuring they meet the established standards.
  • Actively pursuing self-development and staying informed about new culinary trends and techniques.
  • Ensuring compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong creative and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of seasonal ingredients and the ability to develop unique and attractive menus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
  • Drive for self-development and a passion for culinary innovation.
