During advanced training, the emphasis is placed on technique. The training helps you climb as effectively as possible and with energy-saving movements, so that you can reach the top more easily. Through small tricks such as hanging on your heel, knee drops, dynos, pushing off, etc., you will notice that climbing becomes a lot easier. A lot of time will be invested in reading and understanding movements, and attention will also be given to fall prevention, spotting, and finger training.

From level 5a to 6a (blue and red).

  • The new series of lessons will start in the week of April 22, 2024.
  • The Be Boulder series will consist of 10 lessons.
  • Of course, joining at a later time is always possible.
  • During school holidays, no lessons will be given.
  • The lessons will be given on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 19:00 to 22:00.
  • As a student, you will have lessons once a week.
  • The duration of the lesson is 60 minutes.
  • Maximum 10 students per group.
  • Minimum 4 students to start the series.
  • There will be two make-up weeks at the end of the series to catch up on any lessons cancelled by Be Boulder.

Follow the steps below to sign up for the upcoming series of lessons:

  • Go to the calendar below to the first week of lessons - this is the week of April 22, 2024.
  • Choose your desired day and time.
  • If you have a subscription, clearly indicate which subscription you have.
  • Select the correct amount you need to pay.


If the series of lessons has already started, you can still participate if there is space available. In this case, make sure you choose the lesson moment in the week you want to start. Naturally, the amount will be adjusted pro-rata, so you only pay for the lessons you attend.
