Bouldering is accessible to everyone; students or group participants can start immediately after a brief instruction. Bouldering doesn't require equipment, courses, or a climbing partner. It enhances overall fitness, training strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, agility, and cognitive abilities. For schools, lessons can be tailored for upper elementary, middle, and high school levels, as well as for college. The lesson content is adjusted to the age and skill level of the students or group participants and to the number of lessons provided. The possibilities are endless!
